General Wildlife Guidelines

Etiquette
- to keep our foot prints to the bare minimum
- Do follow official guidelines while visiting protected areas. We will give you a heads up
on this before your tour.
- Blend in. Wear earthy colors (browns, greens and generally dark shades). Avoid strong
perfumes and other strong smelling embellishments.
- Stay as silent as possible whilst inside the natural areas. Lets make it as difficult as possible for the wildlife to spot us!
- Travel light, with as few things to throw away, as possible. Please don't throw anything in
the natural areas. If you do have to throw anything, please do so in designated areas in
your accommodation. Avoid plastics.
- Loud music and noisy parties are generally not appreciated, even back in your accommodation.
- Alcohol and cigarettes are not permitted inside protected areas throughout India
- Alcohol and cigarettes are permitted only in designated resorts/accommodation situated outside the parks / sanctuaries.
- Do follow your tour guides requests while inside the parks. This will often prevent dangerous
encounters with wild animals.
